Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Southport, making it convenient to explore the town. The rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities, although improved lighting would enhance the ambiance. The service from staff members across various departments was impeccable. The dining experience, although included in our rate, was fairly average. Overall, a mixed experience with great potential for enhancements.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport, with all the necessary amenities in a lively area. The rooms are equipped with a safe, fridge, and everything you need, including breakfast. However, the service was terribly rude at check-out, but the rest of the staff provided excellent service.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Southport, offering a front-facing view from the room with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The Nespresso coffee machine and traditional kettle provided a nice touch, although the service from staff members left much to be desired. The dining experience, while included, was fairly average, and the facilities were adequate but lacked a certain charm.
The hotel has a very large comfy bed but needs improved lighting in the rooms, with an unusual window blind. However, the rooms offer a nice view. The service was rude and awful, from valet parking to the reception desk, leaving a lot to be desired. The location is central but noisy with riotous activity outside. The dining experience, while including pieces of chicken, was fairly average. The hotel does not offer many facilities.
